As your counselor, Erica seeks to create a safe and warm environment where you can feel comfortable sharing your story and working towards healing. She believes that Jesus is the true healer, and she is privileged to be part of the healing journey He is taking you on.

Erica holds to a Christian worldview and sees counseling and all of life through this lens. Some of the counseling theories she leans on include Family Systems Theory, Attachment Theory and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She works with women, children and families. She specializes in children 5 and under but has a great deal of experience working with children of all ages. She also specializes in working with women who are having perinatal issues, this includes pregnancy and postpartum. Erica also has experience helping people who struggle with ADHD, anxiety, depression, attachment, adoption, parenting, grief, relational, trauma, emotional regulation, spiritual formation, and many other issues.

Erica began her career at a local Children’s Advocacy Center, where she spent more than seven years working with children and families affected by abuse and providing supervision to fellow counselors. She then transitioned into private practice, where she has spent the past five years specializing in care for women, children, and families.  

Erica is a graduate of John Brown University and brings over twelve years of counseling experience. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Registered Play Therapist with membership in the Association for Play Therapy. Erica is licensed in Arkansas and Missouri, offering both in-person and online counseling.
